TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Orders:

• Opening order minimum is $250.
  
• Reorder minimum is $150.
  
• Orders under the minimum may be accepted on a case by case basis for a fee of at least $15.
  
• Credit card details (unless paying by check) and copy of resale certificate must be provided with first order.
  
• All orders are considered "hold for confirmation" until full credit card details are provided.
  
• Order changes or cancellations can be accepted up to 72 business hours before order shipment date.

Payment terms:

• First orders are on a credit card or advance check basis.
  
• Credit cards accepted are Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
  
• Credit cards are pre-authorized for payment prior to shipments being packed; credit cards are charged, including freight, at time of shipment.
  
• The privilege of Net 30 terms will be extended to approved accounts for reorders.
  
• Invoices are considered past due one business day following the due date of the invoice.
  
• No further credit will be extended to accounts which are over 35 days past due until the account is brought current.
• Collection action will be taken after an account is sixty (60) days past due.
  
• Accounts not paid within 30 days incur a charge of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance, or 18% annually.

Pricing & Freight Charges:

• All prices are wholesale and are subject to change without notice.
  
• Items are billed at prices in effect at time of shipment unless otherwise agreed with customer.
  
• Pricing shown is FOB Granite City, IL (near St. Louis, MO).
• A standard freight charge is added to all orders that are not picked up by customers.
• A flat rate freight policy is in effect for all orders to locations in the continental United State. All orders totaling $500 or more will be charged a flat rate of 15% for freight. For orders totaling less than $500, certain heavy and large items (as indicated in the price list and catalog with a *) will be assessed an additional 5% charge (other items on order will remain at 15%).
  
• If an order is shipping by common carrier to a location other than a retail store, such as a residence or storage unit, an extra shipping charge of $30 to $50 may apply.
  
• Orders to locations outside of the continental US will be charged at cost.

Shipping:

• All small parcel orders are sent via FedEx ground, unless otherwise agreed with the customer.
  
• Orders requiring a common carrier are typically shipped via Roadway or FedEx Freight, depending on location.
  
• Ship time varies. In-stock products can usually ship within 3 business days of order. Back-ordered or special order items can take 8-12 weeks.
  
• If a customer has a required delivery or ship date, Marta Mikey must be notified at time of order.

Backorders:

• If a product is not available at the time an order is packed, the item will be backordered. We may cancel all backorders at our discretion.
  
• If a customer cannot accept partial shipments or back orders, Marta Mikey must be notified at time of order.

Returns, replacements and credits:

• Returns are accepted for damaged, defective or incorrect merchandise only. If a customer receives damaged or defective products, or is shipped products incorrectly, a return request must be made within 30 days of receipt of goods.
• No returns will be accepted after 30 days.
  
• Please retain original packaging on any damaged products in case a call tag and claim are required.
  
• Save the goods for inspection unless otherwise agreed with Marta Mikey. If an incorrect product needs to be shipped back to Marta Mikey, it must be packaged in an acceptable manner to ensure it arrives in the best possible shape. If such products arrive damaged due to unacceptable packaging, full credit may not be issued.
  
• Returns for any reason other than those above may be accepted on a case by case basis, but a 25% restocking fee plus shipping charges will apply. Refused deliveries of authorized shipments will be assessed a $50 refusal fee, the applicable restocking fee and any freight charges.
